As a Managing Partner, you will have the chance to co-own and co-manage the practice with fellow partners, utilizing your expertise to enhance the overall performance of the venture. Together, you will maintain the highest standards of clinical excellence and service quality, making a meaningful difference in the lives of those experiencing hearing challenges.


Key Responsibilities
  • Performing comprehensive patient assessments through hearing evaluations and diagnostic tests.
  • Fitting and dispensing hearing aids, as well as recommending suitable assistive devices tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Providing education to patients on the effective use of hearing aids and related accessories.
  • Ensuring exceptional aftercare for all patients to uphold the highest standards of service.
  • Collaborating closely with the optometry team and utilizing patient referral programs effectively.
  • Leading outreach initiatives to promote the practice and its services.

Qualifications
  • HIS, BC-HIS, or Au.D certification.
  • Proven ability to build partnerships and establish rapport with the optometry team.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
