Role Overview

In the capacity of an Admissions Application Processor, you will be integral to the assessment and management of admission applications, thereby supporting our enrollment objectives. Your duties will encompass the evaluation and upkeep of student records, along with offering assistance to both internal and external stakeholders.

PRIMARY DUTIES

  • Assess and process admission applications and accompanying documentation
  • Maintain accurate student and departmental records
  • Establish the admission status of applicants
  • Verify college transcripts and grade point averages
  • Provide support to applicants and other stakeholders
  • Generate communications for applicants
  • Conduct training for new team members

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year of relevant work experience

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM admission systems
  • Understanding of university policies and procedures
  • Bachelor's degree

Skills and Competencies

  • Capability to handle multiple responsibilities
