About the RoleThis position offers an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Home and Community Care Specialist. In this role, you will work directly with individuals who require support with daily living activities, personal care, and community involvement. You will be responsible for providing individualized support, promoting independence, and fostering meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist individuals with personal hygiene and daily living activities
- Support individuals with complex needs, including behavioral challenges
- Develop and implement personalized plans to promote independence and community involvement
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- A starting salary of $15.00 - $18.50 per hour (dependent on program)
- Paid time off and holiday pay
- A comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist individuals with mobility
