Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Wound Care Specialist to join our team at ReNew Wound Care. As a key member of our post-acute medical staff, you will provide expert wound care services in skilled nursing facilities.

Estimated Salary: $125k - $175k per yearResponsibilities:
  • Assessment and Treatment: Conduct thorough assessments of patient wounds, developing individualized treatment plans that address chronic or acute wounds.
  • Implement Advanced Wound Care Techniques: Utilize debridement, dressing selection, skin grafts, and infection control measures to promote optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaboration with Healthcare Teams: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment.
  • Travel Schedule: Manage a travel schedule to visit multiple skilled nursing facilities on a regular basis.
Requirements:
  • Valid PA License: Must possess a valid Physician Assistant license.
  • Experience in Advanced Wound Care: Minimum of 1 year of experience in advanced wound care is highly preferred.
  • Certification in Wound Care: Certification in wound care (e.g., CWOCN, CWS, WCC, WOCN) is a plus.
  • Travel Ability: Ability to travel to multiple locations is essential.
