Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Advanced Wound Care Specialist to join our team at ReNew Wound Care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments of patient wounds and developing individualized treatment plans.

The ideal candidate will have a valid license as a Board Certified Physician with a minimum of 1 year's experience in advanced wound care. Certification in wound care is highly preferred. You must be able to travel to multiple locations and work closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and provide updates on patient progress.

  • A competitive base salary of $250,000 with potential for additional monthly bonus based on RVU performance.

Key Responsibilities

As an Advanced Wound Care Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assessment and Treatment: Conduct thorough assessments of patient wounds and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement advanced wound care techniques, including debridement, dressing selection, skin grafts, and infection control measures.
  • Collaboration with Healthcare Teams: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and provide updates on patient progress.
  • Travel Schedule: Manage a travel schedule to visit multiple skilled nursing facilities on a regular basis.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Valid License – Board Certified Physician.
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in advanced wound care.
  • Certification in wound care (e.g., CWOCN, CWS, WCC, WOCN) is a plus.
  • Ability to travel to multiple locations.
