Wound Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Wound Care Specialist to join our team at ReNew Wound Care.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient wounds, developing personalized treatment plans to address chronic or acute issues.
- Implement advanced wound care techniques, including debridement, dressing selection, skin grafts, and infection control measures.
- Collaborate closely with healthcare teams at each facility to ensure seamless care coordination and update on patient progress.
- Manage a travel schedule visiting multiple skilled nursing facilities regularly.
- Valid Physician Assistant License – Board Certified.
- Minimum one year experience in advanced wound care, preferably.
- Certification in wound care (e.g., CWOCN, CWS, WCC, WOCN) is an asset.
- Able to travel frequently to multiple locations.
