Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales campaigns, resource planning, and partner relationships that optimize sales effectiveness and profitability for our sales channel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans and budgets with current sales vendors.
  • Monitor and coach sales vendors and agents on execution against sales playbooks.
  • Deliver high-quality enrollments and best-in-class customer experience.
  • Develop, track, and evaluate quality and compliance measures to ensure vendor partners align with our values, ethics, and compliance culture.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, including IT, pricing, legal, regulatory, operations, marketing, etc.
  • Manage and prepare all relevant channel analytics, including CTA, cost per kWh, variable and fixed expense related to the channel.
  • Work with lead list providers to ensure that all vendors have leads to maximize our acquisition and renewal conversion and sales targets.
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives at once.
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite of products, with an emphasis on Excel.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher degree.
  • Experience with SalesForce, Genesis, REPs, and QuoteWizard.
