We are currently seeking a talented Leasing Consultant with at least 6 months of experience in the multi-family housing sector.

Position Overview:

  • Comfortable in a dynamic and fast-paced setting
  • Knowledge of apartment leasing practices and Fair Housing regulations
  • Proficient in property management software such as AMSI, Yardi, Rent Roll, OneSite, eSite, etc.
  • Bilingual capabilities are highly valued
  • Experience with luxury properties, new developments, renovations, and tax credit properties is advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilizing accounting software to manage financial information
  • Processing rental payments and deposits
  • Ensuring adherence to policies and legal requirements
  • Accurately processing invoices and payments in a timely manner
  • Assisting with lease agreements and applicant evaluations
  • Providing administrative support to the office

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in the multi-family housing industry
  • Ability to successfully complete drug screenings and background checks
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus
  • Leasing license is preferred
