Job Summary

The Leasing Consultant is a key member of our community team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless leasing experience for our residents. Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming prospective residents and coordinating tours of our community
  • Responding to incoming inquiries and resolving resident issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinating lease renewals and ensuring a smooth transition for existing residents
  • Collaborating with community management and maintenance teams to address resident concerns
  • Providing thorough product knowledge of our community and major competitors
  • Assisting with marketing activities to promote our community as a top choice for residents
  • Completing lease packets and files for each resident, including all necessary documentation
  • Following up with residents throughout the lease term to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a hospitality or apartment leasing role
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse personalities
  • Ability to demonstrate support of Bell Partners' Core Values and strategic drivers
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service and work in a team environment
  • Professional image and ability to present a positive representation of our community

Compensation

Hourly: $20.00

Incentive compensation opportunities are available and are performance-based.
