Join Our Team as a Direct Support Provider

Sunwood, a part of PCS, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Provider to join our team. As a Direct Support Provider, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with daily personal cares, medication administration, community activities, and more.

About the Job

As a Direct Support Provider, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing training and assistance to individuals with daily personal cares
  • Administering medications and treatments as trained
  • Encouraging grooming and dress according to individual preferences and cultural considerations
  • Communicating concerns and suggestions to supervisors in a timely and respectful manner
  • Charting daily program information and completing cleaning tasks
Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Be at least 17 years of age or meet the requirements for licensure
  • Pass a DHS background clearance
  • Have a valid driver's license
  • Be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English
