About the Role

As a Direct Support Professional, you will have the opportunity to assist individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses, and behavioral issues in a residential setting. Your role will involve providing support and encouragement to help individuals work towards their goals and gain life skills.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal planning and preparation, personal care, and medication administration.
  • Facilitate community activities and outings using company vehicles.
  • Provide behavioral support and management.
  • Assist with household chores and maintenance.
Shifts and Availability

We have three shift types available: mornings (6am-2pm), evenings (2pm-10pm), and overnights (10pm-6am). We offer a variety of full-time and part-time shifts throughout the metro area.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly wage of $16.00/hour, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth. Our benefits package includes health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, short-term disability, and a 401(k) retirement plan.

Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Must successfully clear a background check.
  • Current driver's license, current auto insurance, reliable transportation, and an acceptable driving record.
