We are seeking a driven Manufacturing Operations Supervisor to become a vital part of our expanding team.
JOB PURPOSE
The Manufacturing Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing the daily functions of the production line, ensuring that all operations are executed efficiently while upholding high standards of quality and safety.
WORK SCHEDULE
Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise the daily activities and performance of the production team.
- Proactively manage and resolve any workplace conflicts as they arise.
- Ensure all corrective measures and reworks are documented and communicated to management through a Corrective Action Plan (CAP).
- Conduct training sessions for new employees to guarantee consistency and quality of information.
- Oversee the setup of the production line, clarifying roles and responsibilities.
- Initiate quality control assessments at the beginning of each production run and complete all necessary checklists.
- Maintain accurate records on weight sheets and ensure all entries are finalized before submission.
- Coordinate regular quality control inspections and approve all documentation.
- Monitor and document any damaged materials or leftover raw materials, ensuring issues are promptly addressed to minimize waste and inefficiency.
- Ensure adherence to regular cleaning schedules for all equipment and machinery to maintain operational standards and compliance.
- Oversee end-of-day cleanup and preparation for the next shift, ensuring compliance with 5S methodology.

- OMI Industries Inc produces odor control solutions. Exposure to raw materials including plant oils, fragrances, and other substances will occur.
