Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bistro Hostess/Cashier to join our team at Rising Star Casino. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a seamless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cash Handling: Operate a cash register, collect payments from guests, and balance the bank with the cage.
  • Guest Service: Greet and escort guests to dining tables, respond to special requests or complaints, and provide information about dining hours and events.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Provide room service, answer phones, and direct calls to the dining area.
  • Internal Controls: Immediately report any internal control or state regulation violations related to gaming activity to the on-site IGC Agent, Security, and Supervisor on Duty.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous cash handling experience is required.
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
