As a Golf Course Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our golf course facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to our customers, ensuring they have an unforgettable experience.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Golf Course Associate to assist golfers with their equipment, staging, and maintenance of golf carts. You will also be responsible for maintaining water coolers on the course and starting golfers when necessary. In addition, you will provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers, reflecting the company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation, and Recognition (S.T.A.R.).

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist golfers in the movement, cleaning, and storage of their equipment.
  • Assist in staging, maintenance, and cleaning of the golf cart fleet.
  • Maintain water coolers on the course.
  • Assist in starting golfers when necessary.
  • Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers.
  • Immediately inform on-site IGC Agent, Security, and Supervisor of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity.
Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience or knowledge of golf operations. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and you must be able to operate a golf cart. We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
