Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Wellington's. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow the correct sequence of service at all times, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized station, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Assist other servers in providing the best possible service, promoting a team-oriented environment.
  • Perform necessary assigned work, including handling guest receipts and maintaining accurate records.
  • Responsible for proper uniform attire and name tag, representing our company's image and values.
  • Serve all food and beverages as per room standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
  • Remain current on casino and resort events, hours of operation, and promotions, providing our guests with accurate information.
  • Provide service to internal and external customers, reflecting our company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation, and Recognition (S.T.A.R.).
  • Immediately inform on-site IGC Agent, Security, and Supervisor of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity.

Requirements:

  • Previous food service experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others, understand and comply with all company and departmental rules and regulations.
  • Indiana Alcohol Beverage permit required (19 years plus 1 day minimum).
