Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Rising Star Casino. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Dust, mop, and wet mop floors, vacuum carpets, and clean and polish surfaces to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Supply and Stock Management: Restock amenities and supplies according to company standards, ensuring that all areas are well-stocked and ready for guests.
  • Waste Management: Remove, dispose, and recycle trash and recyclables, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate all electric and non-electric equipment safely and efficiently, following all safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers, reflecting the company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation, and Recognition (S.T.A.R.).
  • Reporting and Compliance: Immediately report any internal control or state regulation violations related to gaming activity to the on-site IGC Agent, Security, and Supervisor on Duty.

Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous cleaning experience is highly preferred.
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities: Ability to communicate effectively with others, follow detailed instructions, and work independently with minimal supervision.
