Job Title: Hospital Supervisor RN

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospital Supervisor RN to join our team at Virginia Mason Franciscan Health. As a key member of our healthcare leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hospital, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and leading a team of nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff, ensuring that patient care needs are met and hospital policies are followed.
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall patient experience.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Monitor and analyze patient care data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Requirements:
  • Associate Degree in Nursing and clinical work experience as a Registered Nurse, including a minimum of two years recent work experience in a supervisory, management or other healthcare leadership capacity.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
