Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Unit Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Good Samaritan Hospital. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, supervising nursing staff, and contributing to the development of our nursing practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct patient care and provide education to nursing staff
  • Apply critical thinking skills and independent decision-making to patient care and related data
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective patient-centered outcomes
  • Utilize specialized knowledge to administer, supervise, and evaluate nursing practice
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent experience
  • Washington State Registered Nurse license (RN)
  • Current Health Care Provider level CPR certification
  • ACLS or NALS or PALS or TNCC certification, as required by facility or department
