Front Office Director

We are seeking a seasoned Front Office Director to lead our Front Office Department at SLS South Beach, AccorHotel. If you possess exceptional leadership skills and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service, we want to hear from you
About the Role:
- Promote a positive and productive work environment that fosters teamwork and excellence.
- Spearhead daily operations of the Front Office Department, ensuring seamless guest experiences and efficient communication with other hotel departments.
- Collaborate with revenue managers to optimize occupancy and resolve challenging issues.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Management:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive employee engagement, empowerment, and performance.
- Coach, counsel, and train front office staff to meet or exceed expectations.
- Guest Experience:
- Ensure timely and accurate guest check-ins, check-outs, and requests.
- Address guest concerns and complaints, escalating issues as necessary.
- Communication:
- Maintain effective relationships with colleagues, vendors, and external partners.
- Communicate clearly and professionally via email, phone, and in-person interactions.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least four years of management experience in a Front Office Leadership role, preferably in an upscale hotel.
- Proven track record of living company values and promoting a positive work environment.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
