Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Front Office and lead the team to ensure exceptional guest experiences.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead the day-to-day management of the Front Office, inspiring and empowering the team to deliver outstanding service.
  • Direct all front office activities, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with Housekeeping and Engineering teams.
  • Respond to guest inquiries, handle requests, and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Attend meetings, prepare reports, and take action to improve Front Office operations.
  • Maintain compliance with brand standards, operating procedures, and policies.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of management experience in a Front Office leadership role, preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel.
  • Strong understanding of computer systems such as Opera, GoConcierge, Nuvola, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving results-driven initiatives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in Spanish and English.
