Responsibilities

  • Financial Management: Oversee the company's financial operations, create financial reports, and develop effective financial strategies to ensure stability and profitability.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Create and manage budgets, forecasts, and evaluate financial performance to inform decision-making.
  • Financial Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to maintain transparency and compliance.
  • Financial Analysis and Recommendations: Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to senior management to optimize financial performance.
  • Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow, debt, and investments to ensure liquidity and minimize risk.

Qualifications

  • Executive Finance Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a position with executive-level finance responsibility.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
  • Certification: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is highly desired.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Quickbooks and ADP WFN payroll processing platform, with working knowledge in EMR systems an added advantage.
  • Supervisory Experience: Supervisory experience is a plus, but not required.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
