We are seeking a highly experienced Controller of Financial Affairs to join our team at Mobile Healthcare Partners Inc. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for directing the company's financial operations, ensuring financial stability and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Leadership: Lead the company's financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Financial Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Financial Analysis and Recommendations: Analyze financial data and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
  • Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow, debt, and investments to ensure optimal liquidity.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Finance Experience: 5+ years of experience in a controller role or similar.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
  • Certification: CPA certification is highly desired.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Quickbooks, ADP WFN payroll processing platform, and EMR systems.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $100,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:

  • Monday through Friday Day Schedule
