Position Overview:

Qualifications and Experience:
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or operational capacity; experience in paperboard packaging is advantageous.
  • Proven expertise in Workplace Safety, OSHA compliance, GMP, and quality certifications such as BRC, SQF, AIB, etc.
  • Six Sigma certification or other Lean Manufacturing credentials are required; Black Belt certification is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate others in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Exceptional presentation and training capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary, up to 10-20%.
