Manufacturing Quality Assurance Specialist

Schneider Electric is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and training materials.
- Provide training and support to production staff on quality-related topics.
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality-related issues.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as quality assurance, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
