Responsabilidades
- Elaboración de las declaraciones de impuestos federales, estatales y locales de la empresa, incluyendo la recopilación de datos, preparación de documentos de trabajo y análisis de cuentas.
- Preparación de estimaciones y extensiones fiscales federales y estatales.
- Asistir al equipo en la preparación de documentos de trabajo trimestrales y anuales de ASC740.
- Colaborar en la respuesta a consultas de las autoridades fiscales en relación con auditorías y/o notificaciones.
- Preparación de diversas declaraciones no fiscales, incluyendo impuestos sobre ventas y uso, propiedad, licencias comerciales, etc.
- Mantenimiento del calendario de cumplimiento corporativo.
- Colaborar en otros proyectos de cumplimiento o planificación nacional no recurrentes según surjan.
Perfil del Candidato
Buscamos a una persona inquisitiva y orientada a los detalles, con experiencia en impuestos corporativos. Debe tener habilidades avanzadas en MS Excel, software de cumplimiento fiscal y herramientas de investigación en línea. Disfruta trabajar con partes interesadas de diferentes áreas en un entorno colaborativo y dinámico.
Requisitos
- 2-4 años de experiencia en impuestos corporativos en contabilidad pública o en la industria.
- Experiencia en la preparación de declaraciones de impuestos corporativos.
- Título universitario.
- Dominio de software de cumplimiento fiscal (Onesource/Go Systems), herramientas de investigación en línea y aplicaciones de Microsoft Office.
- Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y gestionar múltiples proyectos.
- Excelentes habilidades de organización y comunicación.
