Job Title: Director of Government and Community Relations

Job Summary:

The Director of Government and Community Relations will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to build and maintain relationships with government officials, community leaders, and other stakeholders. This role will require strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think critically and strategically.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement government and community relations strategies to support the company's business objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with government officials, community leaders, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic advice to senior leadership on government and community relations matters.
  • Develop and manage budgets and resources to support government and community relations initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement community outreach and engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze government and community trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Political Science, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in government and community relations, private sector, or non-profit field.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with government officials and community leaders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Experience in creating and implementing training programs for teams and partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
