- Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build and sustain relationships with government officials and community leaders.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Effective Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
