Job Title: Warehouse Production Supervisor

Are you a motivated and organized leader looking to take on a new challenge? We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Production Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient production flow, safety, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily production activities to ensure smooth operations and adherence to production schedules.
  • Monitor workflow and make adjustments as necessary to optimize efficiency.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production workers, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and expectations.
  • Ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Implement and maintain quality control procedures and processes.
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions for staff.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Utilize lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and increase output.
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities, including production logs, quality reports, and inventory levels.
  • Prepare and present production reports to management.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a production or warehouse environment.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
