Job Description

At Starlight Homes, we're dedicated to making the dream of homeownership a reality for everyone. As a New Home Sales Manager, you'll play a crucial role in helping our customers navigate the home buying process, providing exceptional customer service and support every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and conduct the Starlight Sales process, demonstrating exceptional customer service and a deep understanding of our home building process and product offerings.
  • Develop and deliver a good sales presentation consistent with company training, effectively communicating the value of our homes to prospects.
  • Drive sales process, engaging with new prospects, following up with interested prospects, and setting appointments to close.
  • Respond to customer queries in a prompt and efficient manner, maintaining a good line of communication with the Starlight Homes team.
  • Attend weekly meetings, provide updates, and actively participate in discussions to ensure the success of the team.

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of proven track record within a direct selling role.
  • Driver's License Required.
  • Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must exemplify a high level of professionalism in appearance and daily interactions with the team, management, and customers.

Working Conditions:

  • Work is generally performed in a typical office environment using standard office equipment.
  • Fast-paced environment subject to numerous schedule and priority changes and short notice activity.
