Job Title: Sales Consultant

DRB Group is seeking experienced Sales Consultants to join our team in various locations.

Job Purpose:

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling single-family homes in designated communities. You will coordinate all aspects of the home buying process to provide an exceptional customer experience. Your goal will be to ensure timely settlements to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. You will also perform general on-site administrative functions and direct the activities of Sales Associates/Sales Assistants.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales/settlement quota.
  • Provide outstanding customer service.
  • Greet all prospective customers.
  • Demonstrate model homes, providing information on features and benefits.
  • Offer information about the community and surrounding area.
  • Ensure the model home site is well-maintained and presentable.
  • Assist customers in selecting a home site, house plan, and structural options.
  • Pre-qualify customers and complete contract worksheets.
  • Prepare contracts, addenda, color selections, and other necessary documents accurately and completely.
  • Assist customers with loan applications, obtain deposits, and expedite submission and approval.
  • Liaise with the production team to ensure the planning and execution of the building process.
  • Follow up with loans, contingent contracts, listings of re-sales, and homeowners after settlement.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings.
  • Recruit, retain, and direct the activities of Sales Associates/Sales Assistants.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Education and Work Experience:

  • Associate's degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales Marketing, or equivalent of five years of experience in home sales; or combination of education and equivalent work experience.
  • Prior experience in new home sales.
  • Must be a licensed realtor in states where required.
  • Must have a valid driver's license for business travel.
