Job Description

We are seeking a Facilities and Administration Specialist to join our team at Addison Group. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our San Francisco office, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. This role requires a proactive and solution-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for office-related inquiries and requests.
  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling incoming communications.
  • Maintain and track office inventory and supplies, ordering as needed.
  • Manage travel arrangements for the team, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees by setting up workstations, equipment, and providing a welcoming orientation.

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in office management or facilities management
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
