We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Environmental Associate to join our team at Norton Healthcare. As a key member of our Environmental Services department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide department and staff support in accordance with department policy and job duties.
  • Participate in patient service activities and provide support and direction to Environmental Services associates.
  • Prioritize activities, respond to concerns, mentor new associates, advise existing associates, and coordinate staff to maximize productivity during each shift.
  • Delegate tasks and follow up on requests and concerns that arise during the shift.
  • Provide feedback to leadership on annual performance appraisals, coaching's, and corrective action for staff members.
  • Facilitate communication, empowerment, ownership, staff development, and other strategies to bring about enhanced employee involvement, job satisfaction, and quality service.
Requirements
  • One year of experience in Environmental Services.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Desirable qualifications include one year of leadership experience and one year of Environmental Services experience with Norton Healthcare.
