Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $12.10
Work Environment:
This position is currently remote, focusing on managing inbound and outbound communications with clients and their representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform business support tasks utilizing data organization and coordination skills.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, following established procedures and guidelines.
- Conduct satisfaction surveys and document participant interactions, issues, and resolutions.
- Utilize Conduent and OAAS databases effectively.
- Escalate relevant complaints to Protective Services as necessary.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance departmental skills.
- Assess the nature of calls to determine appropriate resolutions or necessary escalations.
- Provide standard information to customers and update databases with relevant details.
- Monitor service delivery through regular participant contacts.
Qualifications:
Minimum requirement of a High School Diploma or GED.
Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred.
General knowledge of Medicaid and long-term care programs is advantageous.
General Profile:
This is an entry-level position with limited requirements for licenses, training, and certifications. Candidates should demonstrate analytical and operational capabilities while working under close supervision.
