Job Overview

The Administrative Associate plays a crucial role in supporting the Anti-Trafficking Initiative (ATI) in accomplishing its goals and service provision. This position is responsible for providing programmatic support, ensuring compliance, and collecting and analyzing data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support services to the ATI team
  • Ensure ATI compliance with Legal Center data and case file retention policies
  • Manage ATI's legal deadlines and client databases
  • Oversee the processing and data entry of ATI mail
  • Manage ATI's referral and waitlist system, including interfacing with referrers, clients, and potential clients
  • Assist with limited legal filing preparations and case management as needed
  • Maintain and update the database of ATI training materials, manuals, and pro bono portal samples
  • Correspond and collaborate with pro bono partners to refer matters and track and record case status
  • Collaborate with the Data Team to manage and provide analysis on data and statistical reports
  • Coordinate and monitor programmatic requirements of government grants, assist in drafting grant reports
  • Work with the ATI Director and Senior Supervising Social Worker to manage and approve grant requests
  • Assist the ATI Director with new staff onboarding
  • Provide coordination and logistic support for ATI special events and meetings
  • Supervise interns, fellows, and volunteers
  • Perform other administrative ATI-related duties or special projects as assigned by the ATI Director
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge and experience
  • Bilingual English and relevant community language (Spanish, Mandarin strongly preferred)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook
  • Experience in data tracking and reporting strongly preferred
  • Excellent writing, problem-solving skills, organizational, analytical, and verbal/written communication
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in a culturally diverse environment
