  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and programs to maintain a safe and healthy gym environment.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of management experience supervising 3-10 employees.
  • Strong leadership, communication, time management, and analytical skills.
  • Experience with basic computer skills (MS Office, Internet) and knowledge of the fitness industry.
  • High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
