About the RoleAs a Senior Vice President of Solution Engineering EMEA, you'll be responsible for the performance and development of the Pre-Sales (Solution Engineering) team across Europe, Middle East, and Africa. You'll work closely with Sales and Customer Success leadership to drive the long-term success of Cloudflare's EMEA business. You'll also work with every team at Cloudflare, from Sales and Product, through to Engineering and Customer Support, to create scalable solutions for customer needs.
Responsibilities- Lead the Pre-Sales (Solution Engineering) team across EMEA, ensuring high performance and development.
- Work closely with Sales and Customer Success leadership to drive EMEA business success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable solutions for customer needs.
- Develop strong relationships with Account Executives and Customer Success regional leads.
- Maintain a positive culture and open communication environment within the team.
- Technology or related background, ideally in the same or similar fields as Cloudflare.
- Experience managing teams within a customer-facing organization, with a focus on pre-sales and post-sales.
- Demonstrable experience in coaching, leadership skills, or team management within organizations with manager-of-managers responsibilities.
- Demonstrable experience in understanding and solving escalations, team issues, or other management-related scenarios.
- Demonstrable experience leading with a vision and mission statement, looking for efficiencies, and executing long-term goals and objectives.
