Ayvaz Pizza, LLC is a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant environment that is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Team Member to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven individual to assist with the daily operations of our restaurant. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and support, while working closely with our Restaurant Managers and other Team Members to maintain operational standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and personalized service to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Operate cash register or point of sale devices, as needed, and use value-added suggestive-selling techniques to generate additional sales opportunities.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, peers, and managers in a positive and professional manner.
  • Verify the accuracy of guests' orders and prepare and package food and drink products.
  • Clean kitchen area, counters, food preparation areas, and utensils, as well as dining room, restrooms, and exterior grounds.
  • Maintain Health and Safety standards in work areas and unload and stock inventory items as needed.
  • Perform duties at multiple workstations and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Promptly and regularly attend assigned shifts and follow uniform and grooming standards and policies.
  • Work with management to resolve issues that may arise in the restaurant and learn team effectiveness skills to achieve team goals.
Requirements
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Dependable and reliable with good written, math, and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable transportation and minimum age of 16 years (18 years old to work opening and closing shifts).
  • Possess all documents and permits required by state and federal law.
  • Flexible work availability and results-oriented with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Previous customer service work experience is helpful but not required.
