Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Epic Analyst Revenue Cycle to join our team. In this role, you'll coordinate and implement education programs for University Health staff, focusing on increasing staff competence and readiness for new systems and technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and delivering training programs to ensure staff readiness for new systems and technologies
  • Maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues and other UH staff
  • Collaborating with Technical Training Managers to develop and maintain curriculum, lessons, and training materials
  • Providing go-live support and technical assistance as needed

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need a minimum of three years' experience in training and development, preferably in a healthcare setting. A Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field is required, with a master's degree or post-graduate coursework preferred.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
