Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the training of new partners through positive reinforcement and constructive coaching.
  • Foster a collaborative team atmosphere by addressing morale and performance issues promptly.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding and responding to customer needs effectively.
  • Build strong relationships with team members by recognizing individual motivations and concerns.
  • Oversee store operations during scheduled shifts, including organizing opening and closing tasks.
  • Adhere to operational policies and procedures to ensure safety and security for all partners.
  • Ensure compliance with register policies and promote best practices among the shift team.
  • Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality throughout shifts.
  • Prepare and serve quality beverages and food products, following health and safety guidelines.
  • Recognize and celebrate team and individual achievements through effective communication.
  • Utilize operational tools to maintain excellence during shifts.
Qualifications:
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Availability for flexible scheduling, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Experience in customer service roles, with a focus on quality and safety standards.
  • Ability to prepare food and beverages according to established recipes.
  • Experience in delegating tasks and coordinating team efforts.
