Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Claim Manager to join our team at Travelers Insurance. As a key member of our Outside Property claim management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of claim professionals and driving results through effective management, strategic file management, and quality service delivery.

This is a 100% remote position that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and make sound decisions. Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead a team of claim professionals and provide guidance and direction to ensure effective claim handling and resolution.
  2. Develop and execute a strategic file management plan to achieve optimal file resolution and business results.
  3. Provide face-to-face and written guidance to ensure effectiveness, engagement, accuracy, and efficiency.
  4. Conduct quality file reviews and ride-along inspections to provide coaching and feedback to team members.
  5. Implement strategies and initiatives to improve file quality, customer service, and manage costs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of three years claim work experience in at least one line of business.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
