  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications promptly, ensuring exceptional customer support and precise information tailored to the client's needs.
  • Engage in verbal and written correspondence with patients, clients, insurance providers, and other stakeholders involved in delivering occupational health services.
  • Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor in all interactions.
  • Address customer inquiries and requests thoroughly and promptly.
  • Respond immediately to any Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) concerns, ensuring proper notifications are sent to relevant parties.
  • Establish new Industrial Client (IC) accounts, verifying the accuracy and completeness of client information, and updating records as necessary.
  • Report results and discrepancies from drug screening collections accurately and on time as instructed.
  • Complete all assigned reporting and review tasks accurately and within designated timeframes.
  • Process all departmental mail daily to prevent delays in communication.
  • Maintain open communication channels with all departmental branches.
  • Utilize, operate, and maintain office equipment as trained.
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage all phone interactions with professionalism and efficiency while upholding high-quality standards.
  • Capable of prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with Occupational Health services, particularly Workers' Compensation (preferred).
  • Proficient in computer use, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Basic mathematical and analytical/problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently and meet productivity targets.
  • Ability to remain seated for extended periods (4-7 hours).
  • Willingness to adapt work hours to meet departmental service requirements.
