Position Summary

We are seeking a qualified and committed individual to fill the role of Recruitment Specialist at Community Concepts. This position encompasses a variety of tasks related to talent acquisition and employee integration.

Primary Duties:

  • Facilitate job advertisements in partnership with hiring supervisors and the Human Resources Recruitment and Training Manager
  • Evaluate candidates, oversee communication regarding qualifications, location, and compensation, arrange interviews, and manage pre-employment documentation
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, which includes conducting background investigations and gathering essential employment paperwork
  • Support the Human Resources division in ensuring accurate employee records are maintained within the HR Information System (HRIS)
