Job Title: HR Administrative/Recruiting Representative

At Benrich Service Company, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and organized HR Administrative/Recruiting Representative to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and recruitment services to ensure the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and schedule appointments for new hire onboarding
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Maintain a filing system for personnel records
  • Update and maintain job descriptions and procedures
  • Source and recruit candidates using various databases and social media platforms
  • Screen candidate resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools
  • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, and experience
  • Onboard new employees to ensure a smooth transition
Requirements and Skills:
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter or in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting software and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
