**Responsibilities and Duties**

* Supervise subordinates and provide guidance on patient care* Provide direct nursing care services, including bathing, bathroom assistance, and medication administration* Identify and address problems, and implement solutions to improve patient care* Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure effective care delivery* Participate in ongoing training and professional development* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies and procedures* Develop and implement plans to achieve quality improvement goals* Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the facility* Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to infection control protocols and safety guidelines* Perform other related duties as assigned

**Qualifications and Requirements**

* High School Diploma and two (2) years of experience in a related field* Experience working with treatment teams, in a hospital setting, and as a Certified Nurse's Assistant* Strong leadership and communication skills* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations* Commitment to providing high-quality patient care* Familiarity with electronic medical records and computer systems* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion* Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment

**Working Conditions**

* Hospital and office setting with exposure to VDT and personal computer usage* Mentally and behaviorally challenged residents with unpredictable and sometimes violent behaviors* Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license* Must pass pre-employment criminal background check and random drug testing* Must complete HIPAA training

**Estimated Salary Range**

$39,474 - $63,159 Annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
