**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Nursing Services Supervisor to lead our team at the Long Term Care unit Meadows. In this role, you will oversee the supervision of subordinates, provide direct nursing care services, and ensure high-quality patient care. Your expertise in identifying and addressing problems, providing ongoing training, and administering medication will be invaluable to our team.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Supervise subordinates and provide guidance on patient care* Provide direct nursing care services, including bathing, bathroom assistance, and medication administration* Identify and address problems, and implement solutions to improve patient care* Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure effective care delivery* Participate in ongoing training and professional development

**Requirements**

* High School Diploma and two (2) years of experience in a related field* Experience working with treatment teams, in a hospital setting, and as a Certified Nurse's Assistant* Strong leadership and communication skills* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations* Commitment to providing high-quality patient care* Familiarity with electronic medical records and computer systems* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion* Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment

**Working Conditions**

* Hospital and office setting with exposure to VDT and personal computer usage* Mentally and behaviorally challenged residents with unpredictable and sometimes violent behaviors* Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license* Must pass pre-employment criminal background check and random drug testing* Must complete HIPAA training

**Estimated Salary Range**

$39,474 - $63,159 Annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
