We are seeking a Concierge for our facility, TerraBella Thornblade.

The Concierge plays a vital role in ensuring a welcoming environment by greeting guests, residents, and staff, handling both external and internal communications, and providing general information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage telephone reception and greeting duties as necessary.
  • Accurately take messages and relay them to the appropriate individuals.
  • Welcome residents and visitors, addressing inquiries and providing directions.
  • Assist the marketing department by compiling brochures.
  • Prepare meal tickets for team members and family, and maintain meal count records for the Dining staff.
  • Update the Resident Phone List, Roster, and Move-In/Move-Out Register daily, along with Guest and Sign-In Logs as needed.
  • Coordinate appointments for residents and their families, including services like hairdressing and transportation.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and organized.
  • Sort and distribute mail to residents and staff members.
  • Maintain records for resident credits.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • One to three years of experience in customer service or related training; or a combination of education and experience.
