
Medical Care Coordinator

J Edward Staffing LLC seeks an accomplished School Nurse to spearhead our efforts in delivering top-notch medical care to students in Hampden County. As a seasoned professional, you will utilize your extensive knowledge of healthcare principles to shape and execute comprehensive medical plans, creating a supportive environment for academic growth.
Main Duties:
- Offer expert advice to teachers on managing student health issues, ensuring seamless transitions between educational and medical settings.
- Guarantee adherence to Massachusetts Department of Public Health guidelines for medication administration.
- Leverage organizational skills to optimize inventory management and documentation processes for medications, meeting regulatory requirements.
- Build relationships with the Program Director and other key personnel, fostering open dialogue on medical matters.
- Procure and manage medical supplies and medications, adhering to established program standards.
- Develop targeted medical programs for individual students, encompassing essential training for staff members when necessary.
Basic Requirements:
- In possession of a valid Registered Nurse license from the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Nurses
- RN Required; BSN preferred.
- CPR-BLS Certification
