Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Agawam South Rehab & Nursing. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our elderly residents.


The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with seniors, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.


Responsibilities include:

  • Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

In return, we offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits, including medical insurance, dental insurance, vision coverage, 401k, paid time off, and more.
