About the Role:
">We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Specialist to join our team. As a Direct Support Professional, you will empower individuals with brain injuries to live joyful and fulfilling lives.

- Provide daily support with everyday tasks like eating, dressing, personal care, and cooking.">
- Assist with home care by keeping the home cozy and clean, including cooking, doing laundry, and grocery shopping.">
- Transport residents to appointments and fun activities.">
- Help residents reach personal goals and be part of their journey.">
- Administer medication once trained.">
- Work collaboratively with a supportive team to bring the best care to residents.">

Shift Availability:
">We have multiple shifts available, including overnights.
">Qualifications:

- Be at least 18 years old.">
- Hold a valid driver's license for at least six months with a good driving record.">
- Have basic computer skills (we can teach you if needed).">
- Show physical ability to help residents and keep them safe.">
Compensation:
">The estimated salary range is $18-$20 per hour, plus a $2/hr medical administration program certification differential.
