Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Product Management role, ideally within the Fintech sector
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to lead projects effectively
  • Proven track record of successfully launching products and features
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience in managing complex projects

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance aspects in the fintech industry
  • Experience in data analysis and Agile project management methodologies

Compensation: Competitive salary range of $147,000-$176,400, complemented by performance-based incentives.
